The Organisation works through three wings: Spiritual, Education and Service. Youth and Ladies lead side by side in all three.

Three wings

Worship, Wisdom and Work

Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation has three wings: Spiritual (Worship), Education (Wisdom) and Service (Work). The three are interlinked, and every member is expected to take part in the activities of all three.

The aarti flame against deep darkness

“Spirituality is the motivational force behind service and service is the fulfilment of spirituality.”

— Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, India: ‘Wings & Activities’

Across every wing

Youth and Ladies

The Youth and Ladies wings do not work apart; they work within all three wings. In Madhya Pradesh, at state, district and Samithi level, each wing is given a Gents and a Ladies Coordinator, with separate Youth Coordinators for young men and young women.
